Play Pong vs the Computer
No friend around? Take on the CPU — Easy, Medium or Hard.
Single-player Pong, any time
You don't need a second player to enjoy Pong. Switch to 1 Player mode and you'll face a computer-controlled paddle that hits the ball back and tries to beat you. It's the perfect way to kill a few minutes, warm up before a real match, or just relax with a classic arcade game.
To play Pong against the computer, open the game, choose 🤖 1 Player, pick a difficulty, and press Space (or tap on mobile). First to 10 points wins.
Three difficulty levels
- Easy — the CPU reacts slowly and misses often. Great for beginners and younger players.
- Medium — a balanced opponent that keeps rallies going and punishes lazy shots.
- Hard — the CPU predicts the ball's bounces and moves fast. Beating it takes real timing.
Once you can beat Hard, you're ready for a real 1v1. Challenge a friend online or on the same keyboard, and brush up with the Pong strategy guide.
